Thailand Tourism Standards help strengthen and elevate the tourism supply chain by promoting effective management and high-quality service. They are designed to build confidence among all groups of tourists and support long-term business sustainability. The program includes 56 standards, each with a three-year certification period, covering a wide range of tourism-related areas.

All GEMS GALLERY branches have consistently received certification in both the souvenir shop and gemstone product standards.

On 5 June 2026, the four branches—GEMS GALLERY Bangkok, GEMS GALLERY Chiangmai, GEMS GALLERY Phuket, and GEMS GALLERY Pattaya—were represented by Ms. Wipaporn Kulpatcharanurak (General Manager, Bangkok), Mr. Manop Thongmanee (General Manager, Chiangmai), Mr. Thanaset Onlaeadpa (Executive Director, Phuket), and Mrs. Thida Imemsap (General Manager, Pattaya), respectively.
