Apart from being awarded the ISO 9002 and ISO 9001: 2000, Gems Gallery has recently received the ISO 9001: 2008 certification. According to International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the award was given to organizations which are able to demonstrate "its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements". In 1998, Gems Gallery became the first jewellery store in Thailand to be certified with the international ISO 9002 and ISO 9001: 2000. Since then the idea of attaining the standards of quality which are recognized and respected throughout the world has developed into our organizational culture. The main aim of imposing continual improvement in our quality management system is to enhance customer satisfaction to the highest level.
